Sour Berry Blast Slushy

I love making this recipe for my friends, family, and just for myself I love the sour kick. Its funny if you dont tell the person who you served it to that its sour Great for parties, summer, and get-togethers.

Sour Berry Blast Slushy Ingredients

  • 8 ice cubes

  • cup water

  • cup frozen mixed berries

  • cup fresh mixed berries

  • cup lemon juice, or to taste

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 1 splash orange juice

How to Make Sour Berry Blast Slushy

  1. Blend ice cubes, water, frozen berries, fresh berries, lemon juice, sugar, and orange juice together in a blender until a slushy consistency is reached, about 30 seconds.

Sour Berry Blast Slushy Reviews

  • Really refreshing I used lime instead of the lemon because I did not have enough lemon juice and the only other thing was that I did not have OJ so I didnt put it in but otherwise followed the recipe exactly.

  • Made and photographed as written and while the taste was great, it came out quite runny and nowhere near slushy. I recommend adding double the ice cubes to start with. I really enjoyed the tartness and this is one Ill make again on those hot summer days.
